Terms & Condtions


  1. GENERAL. glomp! has the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the services provided on the glomp! platform ("Platform"), including, without limitation, its content and hours of availability. With regards to our listed merchant partners' products ("Products"), glomp! is solely a facilitator of transactions by users for such Products and we are in no way responsible or liable for the quality of goods or services offered by our merchant partners or any damages, costs or other losses related to the use of such goods or services provided by our merchant partners to our users.
  2. AVAILABILITY AND USAGE OF THE PLATFORM. glomp! is not liable for any limitations of the Platform. In the event your network provider faideliver any communication to the Platform or a provider of any Product in timely fashion, due to, but not limited to, mobile network failure or non-compatibility of your phone model with the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that glomp! shall not liable for any loss or damage. In addition and without limiting the foregoing, in no event will glomp! be liable for any error made by you in using the Platform, and that you agree that you are solely responsible and agree to indemnify glomp! for all of your usage within the Platform.
  3. MODIFICATION OF SERVICES. glomp! reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Platform from time to time and without notice, including by removing, adding, or modifying Products and/or merchant partners. glomp! shall have no liability to you for any modification or discontinuation of the Platform. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes shall indicate your acknowledgment of such changes and satisfaction with the Platform as so modified.
  4. REGISTRATION DATA AND ACCOUNT SECURITY. In consideration of your use of the glomp! Platform, you agree to: (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Platform ("Registration Data"); (b) being 18 years of age or above OR if you are between 13 and 17 years of age, that you have the consent of your parents or legal guardian to the use of the Platform; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to the glomp! Platform, to keep it accurate, current and complete; (d) maintain the security of your password and identification; (e) notify glomp! immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other breach of security; (f) accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account; and (g) accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to glomp!.

    By providing your Registration Data, you are agreeing to receive promotional information from glomp!. Your personal data submitted to glomp! is solely used for our notifications, greetings and e-newsletters. Personal data collected will never be sold, traded or rented to third parties. If you wish to modify your notifications, you may send a message to our Support page.

    glomp! will not disclose your Registration Data to any third parties except in cases where the disclosure is for these third parties to support the functions and services provided by glomp! and not for other promotional purposes.
  5. CONTENT. Any textual or visual content and information you post on the glomp! Platform, remains your intellectual property and you agree that: (a) that you have the right to use and post this content and that you are not violating the intellectual property of others; (b) for any content covered by your intellectual property rights, you permit and grant glomp! non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to the content you post; (c) that any content you post is not of an offensive or illegal nature in any way.

    At our discretion, glomp! reserves the right to block or remove any content that is deemed to be inappropriate. Whilst glomp! strives to keep the Platform free of inappropriate content, glomp! is not obligated to block or remove any content and you agree that glomp! is not liable for your exposure to any content within the Platform.
  6. PAYMENT & BILLING. You acknowledge and agree that for each order you place on the glomp! Platform, you will pay the full cost of Points you order (for which prices are subject to change without notice). You assume all liability for and shall promptly pay any and all charges. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that you will pay assessed charges for any and all orders placed from your account. Points purchased will be the price specified in the Platform at the time of your purchase. Upon presentation of credit card or PayPal account information you warrant that you are authorised to use the credit card or PayPal account and the cardholder and the billing information provided are accurate. By approving the purchase of the product or service, you authorize glomp! to charge the designated credit card, or PayPal account, for the total amount of the purchase immediately.

    In addition, you agree to pay all fees charged by your network carrier ("Carrier") in connection with your use of the glomp! Platform either in connection with a purchase or otherwise. You acknowledge and agree that these rates depend on the applicable Carrier and your personal subscription package with that Carrier.
  7. EXCHANGES, EXPIRATIONS AND RETURNS. Product vouchers are not transferrable unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions accompanying the Product voucher. Product vouchers cannot be exchanged for Points. Exchange of Products is at the sole discretion of the relevant Merchant and the Terms and Conditions accompanying the Product voucher. Under no circumstances can a Product voucher be exchanged for cash.

    In the event that a Product voucher expires without redemption, the Points value of the Product voucher minus our service fee, which may vary from Product to Product, will be returned to the purchaser's account in the form of Points. There is no return of cash under any circumstances for expirations.

    Any unused, Points will remain in your account until expiry. All Points have an expiration period of one (1) year from the date of issue. You may not be notified of any Points due for expiration.

    When you purchase or receive Points, you do not own the Points. Rather, you receive a limited right to use such Points in connection with certain features on the glomp! Platform, such as the ordering of Product vouchers.

    glomp! does not accept cancellation of orders of Products under any circumstances. Points cannot be sold and are not transferrable by you under any circumstances.

    glomp! does not accept cancellation of past purchase of Points unless it can be proven with clear evidence to be provided to glomp! upon request, that the purchase was made fraudulently by an unauthorised party of your credit card or PayPal account. In the event that a fraudulent purchase of Points has been reasonably proven and accepted by glomp! to be a fraudulent purchase without your intent and a monetary refund is agreed to by glomp!, at its discretion, glomp! reserves the right to charge to you, any processing costs associated with such a refund.
  8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION. You may terminate your account in your account Settings at any time at no cost.

    glomp! reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of our Terms and Conditions.

    In the event that an account has not been logged in for a period of 180 days, you will be sent a reminder to login to maintain account activation. If no login is performed, a second and third reminder will be sent respectively 30 and 60 days after the first reminder. If no login is performed 30 days after the third and final reminder, your account will be terminated.

    Upon termination of your account, you agree to forfeit all Points and vouchers remaining in your account.
  9. While glomp! has undertaken to confirm the accuracy of the information contained on the Platform, mistakes can be made, due both to inaccurate reporting of accurate information and accurately reporting inaccurate information. glomp! does not make any representations as to the timeliness, accuracy, reliability or completeness of any of the information contained on this site. Of course, if you become aware that our Platform contains inaccurate information, please let us know by contacting us at our Support page.
  10. glomp! may, from time to time and at its own discretion, change these Terms and Conditions. Any such change becomes effective when posted on the glomp! Platform. It is your sole responsibility to check for changes. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes shall indicate your acknowledgment of such changes and satisfaction with the changes as so modified.
  11. "glomp!" refers to the company Glomp Pte Ltd.
